No. You can't, legally.
You'd have to receive it as a gift from someone.
You can get a free Minecraft account, but you need to pay to upgrade it to a premium one before you can play the full game.
There is no LEGAL way to get a free premium Minecraft account. Please just buy it, it's worth the money it costs.
When you register an account on the Minecraft website, that's just a general account. You can play the free Minecraft Classic using it. To play the full game, you need to upgrade to a premium account by paying, that lets you play full Minecraft.
The signup for a Minecraft account is free. But purchasing Minecraft (or getting a premium account, however you want to say it) is not free, unless somebody gives you a gift code. As of right now, I believe Minecraft is around $27 to buy. Note: Downloading Minecraft is free. But if you log into the Minecraft launcher without purchasing Minecraft, it will say something like "User not Premium". Download Minecraft: minecraft.net/download Sign up a Minecraft Account: minecraft.net/register
Minecraft Premium refers to the status of your account (e.g. Free, Premium) while Minecraft SP is an acronym for Minecraft Single Player and refers to Single Player on the current version of the game (not classic). You require a premium account to be able to play Single Player on the current version.
If you've purchased a Minecraft premium account then if you download the Tekkit Launcher, it's 100% free.
Minecraft accounts do not cost money, for they are free, but when you are upgrading your account to Premium is when you pay the money. When paying for the full, or premium, version of Minecraft, you pay a total of $26.95.
