I believe you can.
According to the iTunes store T&C's, section 9)b)iv):
"You shall be able to store Products from up to five different Accounts on certain devices, such as an iPod or iPhone, at a time. Additional restrictions apply to Film Rentals, as described below."
I can only assume that you just need to login to the store with a different account and transfer purchased items to the connected device.
In addition, any purchases can be authorised on upto 5 devices.

When you click on the device on the iTunes screen, it should display all of the playlists that you have. You can then select which one you wish to download.
No you cannot. The iPad must be linked to only one iTunes Account!
Yes, you can.
Yes, and I have three on one
Yes you can.
install itunes if its not already installed, plug in the ipod, and athourize the computer with your ipod.
If you downloaded the movie using iTunes, you can do this two ways: 1) Download iTunes on your computer, search for the movie, download it using iTunes (it will be free since you already purchased it), and sync it to your iPod. 2) Go to the other computer and download it to your iPod using iTunes by going to "Movies" and dragging the movie to your iPod under "Devices" (when it is plugged in)
you can have an iPod without an iTunes, using Copy trans suite.it's a free program.
by using Itunes
iTunes accounts are free anyways. Go to apple.com/itunes and download itunes, once installed it will give you the option to set up an account.
As long as your iTunes account is the same on your Mac and your iPod Touch you'll be able to buy on your Mac. However if you have different accounts then just sign out of the one on your computer and log into the account you used for your iPod.
You add songs to your ipod by using itunes.
No, the iTunes upgrades and the iPod upgrades are completely different, because the operating systems are different.
Yes, you need to set up the iPod touch with iTunes before using it.
You can't. If you sync with iTunes on another computer iTunes will force you to wipe the iPod.
You simply sync your music on iTunes. You have to connect your iPod to your PC first using the USB cable.
