Sally's beauty supply
why would you? you can buy developer at and beauty supply house (i.e. sally's)
It's not necessary to purchase developer (peroxide) from a hair salon. A regular beauty supply store carries it as well.
You can buy these at Sally Beauty Supply for under $4. See 'Pro Touch Assorted Hot Roller Clips' at the related link below.
Sally Beauty Supply was opened back in 1964. It all began with just one store in New Orleans. Now Sally Beauty Supply owns 2700 stores worldwide and is one of the biggest retailer in the beauty supply sector.
Some permanent hair dyes are somethings like Garnier, Colorsilk, Revlon, Feria by L'Oreal, Clairol Herbal Essences and Wella. These brands are available at drugstores, larger stores such as Target and Wal-Mart, and most beauty supply stores. Hope this helped :-D
It won't make it 30. The way developer works is 10 is no lift deposit only and makes hair semi permanent. 20 is 7-10 shades of lift with deposit and makes hair colour permanent. You have to buy 30 volume developer from a sallys beauty supply but 30 is very dangerous for the hair it can damage it severly I recommend sticking to just 20 volume
