If the new car does not comply with the specifications of the advertisement, or if it is clearly unroadworthy yet it was sold to you as roadworthy, or if it has some fault or damage, then you have valid legal grounds for returning it.
But if you have simply changed your mind and just don't want it anymore, then you have no legal basis for returning it, and you will have great difficulty in persuading the dealer to give you your money back.
However, if you now wish to buy a another, more expensive, car from him, he might be interested in doing a deal with you!
