The man on the $10 bill was never president. Every U.S. bill in current circulation has an identifying caption below the picture. If you look at a $10 bill you'll see that the picture is that of Alexander Hamilton, who was the first Secretary of the Treasury.

Put the bill up to a window. Look at the picture. Can you see a separate picture? If so, it is real.

On a USA one dollar bill
It's hardly a "house". As you can see from the caption under the picture, the back of the bill has a picture of the Lincoln Memorial.

No you can't see your pictures , but if you have an itemised bill it will state that you have sent a picture message but not it's contents .
