Probably not. Dude, I noticed a lot of questions about an 11-year-old kid riding a pocket bike...to me it sounds like you want one but your mom says no. So you're going to show her pictures of other kids riding them...to which she will say "if those other kids decided to jump off a bridge, would you go with them?" At least, that's what MY mom would have said. Your mom won't change her mind about this.
I'm not exactly sure how big a super pocket bike is, but if the bike is too small for you to ride safely, get a bigger bike.

Experience and common sense can best answer your question. My son is 12 and he rides. He has been riding since he was 6. I got him a super pocket bike when he turned 11 and a mini one when he was 6.
