Yes it does, at least in the sense that it tastes bad.
Iced tea can actually start to grow bacteria and yeast. If left long enough, it could even become moldy. Sun Tea is well-known for growing pathogens, since it doesn't reach high temperatures.
Tea that has already been made, particularly 'sweet tea', can grow mold/mildew, particularly if the containers are not cleaned out properly. Dried tea, if it gets damp, can also mold and mildew.
Depend How long you keep it for i say about a week is ok but afther that it's just nasty
