outside of Science Fiction No. probably the tallest woman in modern times was either Anna Swan ( good rhyming slang by Mr. Barnum had it- Anna Swan, The Amazon. She was allegedly 7 Foot II inches ( lady Luck?) and weighed, at the time of her death, 4l3 lbs. Anna died in l888. More recently there was Ella Ewing from Oklahoma who died some time in the early teens ( Maybe l9l3) she was eight feet two and had size 24 boots, was more lightly built than Anna. so there you have it.

This gets into engineering. The reasons that 50' women and 7 ton Spiders don't exist relates to what are called the square and cube laws. Basically it says that if an object stays in the same proportions (looks the same, but is just bigger), doubling its height cubes its mass. A 12' tall man would weigh 8 times the weight of a 6' tall man as 23 is 8. Unfortunately the strength of his muscles and bones depends on the cross sectional are of the bones or muscles, so the 12' tall man would be only 4 times as strong as the 6' tall gent (22 is 4), but would have to haul around 8 times the weight. The 50' tall woman would be about 10 times as tall as the average woman. So she would weigh 103 or 1000 times as much and would be 102 (100) times as strong. 100 times as strong sounds good! But if the average woman can carry her own body weight if she's in good shape (a total load of maybe 200 lb) the giantess could carry only 20,000 lb (100 times as much). As her body weight would be 100lbx1000 or 100,000 lb she wouldn't be able to move, let alone carry anything.
