As much as I hate to say it, probably not. The first Kingdom Hearts Final Mix was released in 2002 and is still Japan-exclusive. However, the Final Mixes do feature English audio with Japanese subtitles, so you could order one online direct from Japan if you're willing to pay a little extra.
