It depends what drugs you are already taking for your kidney transplant. Some may react oddly with antidepressents. You should consult your transplant doctor before taking anything that they have not prescribed for you (even if another doctor has prescribed the antidepressents, they may not have enough experience with kidney transplants to know what to give you).
