Yes, but there is a consequence to face. Anyone can say anything they want (with limits) but it might be harmful to your life. Such as suspension from school, being kicked off a plane, being grounded by your parents, and so much more. I wouldn't allow yourself or your children to swear, but you are the parent in that case.

In our generation today kids as young as 12 years old or even younger already know how to swear. This may be because they have heard people say it or they were influenced by other people. A kids mind is still not fully developed, they might not know what they are doing or saying. As Adults or even teens, it is our job to tell children whats right and whats wrong and it is our job to lead them to the right path.

Many do so and for a variety of reasons. Perhaps because friends and family do so, they believe it makes them more mature, to shock, they have a limited vocabulary, and some because they have not been taught otherwise.
