Yes. Any paint that has lead in it can cause developmental problems and delays in young children. That is why it is important that you don't let your children eat any loose paint chips. If you are concerned about lead, you can get government inspectors to come in and test for it, and you might even qualify for a lead abatement grant to have a construction team come in and remove or encapsulate the paint and replace the windows.
It used to be used as 'anti-fouling ' paint on boats hulls. I don't know if it still is.
While paint fumes should not make a baby horribly ill, I would not recommend having a baby inhale paint fumes for a long period of time. In adults, paint fumes are known to cause headaches by irritating the nose and throat nerves. So I would suggest, if you have painted and cannot avoid having the baby around paint fumes, to open a window or put a fan in the room to help air out the space. for more information: http://ths.gardenweb.com/forums/load/paint/msg0110170323994.html
Probably not, but go to your local home improvement store and get a lead test stick just to make sure.
No, on high heat guns as they vaporize the lead into toxic, fumes. A low heat Speedheater™ infrared paint remover does not. Chemicals make the paint waste hard to contain for safe disposal; dry sanding, dry scraping, and mechanically shaving require HEPA vacuums to entirely collect the toxic paint dust. The only way to make a paint colour lighter is to add white paint to it. The amount will depend on how dark the starting paint colour is, how pale you want to make it. But usually it make a lot of white paint to noticeably lighten up a paint colour.
it is because grey paint is a cheap paint and it had lead particles in it!
Lead
Spray the outside with a lead-based paint. You can probably import the necessary paint from China.

Latex paint should be applied in a well-ventilated area. Make sure to open a window or turn a fan on in the room when applying the paint. After a couple of days the smell of the fresh paint will go away. Then it will be fine for the baby.
Mormons are not retarded. Just because they may have different views than you or do a lot of things differently than you, doesn't make them retarded.

You can play games or auction your items.
Buy the baby paintbrush and then go to the rainbow pool and paint the desired pet.

Pb(NO3)2 is lead II nitrate. It used to be used to make the color in paint, but it's toxic.
well, perhaps they color it by using a very strong type of paint because sometimes, they paint lead ( a very heavy type of metal ) gold to fool people.
