I own a leo... and I have never fed him earthworms but I believe that it can become part of their diet yes! Just make sure you get the earthworm from your local pet store if you dont and get it outside they could get very sick....
Tell me how he/she enjoys it! HAHAHHA Jk!
Leopard geckos just eat meal worms. Its like there favorite snack to have. That is all they eat so, if u had one of them you know what to feed them. Be carefull with them they can be a little Crazy sometimes.
I believe they can, yes. But sou should NOT EVER feed you gecko with food caught out in your garden because it is dangerous to your pet.
Well they do say that wild food is more nutritious than captive bred so why don't you clean some smallish earthworms under a tap for a few seconds and see if your leopard gecko eats them?
I fed my leos these and they loved them.
Depends on the species. Leopard geckos can, but some others may not be able to.
Leopard geckos eat... crickets, meal worms, wax worms, butter worms, silk worms and occasionally small mice.
No no no, if you are going to feed your leopard gecko worms you can try meal worms, wax worms or super worms are all a great choice for leopard geckos. (you can find these worms a pet store not in your back yard)
Leopard geckos cannot eat spinach, but they can eat crickets, meal worms, superworms, are all great choices leopard geckos like varity so change it up!
a leopard gecko eats mostly pinhead crickets, wax worms , meal worms, apples, and potato slicesLeopard geckos are insectivores relying on insects as prey. in the wild their diet can consist of locusts, spiders, scorpions etc.. In captivity, hobbyists recommend something low in fat and high in calcium and protein; crickets, Dubai roaches, silk worms and tomato worms are great live feeders for leopard geckos.
No, they only eat live food such as crickets, meal worms, wax worms, and super worms.
Wax worms are fine for leopard geckos but only as a treat as in for a fully sized gecko just add like 2-3 in with its meal.
no you cannot. it would kill them VERY easily. i reccomend fedding your Lepoard gecko meal worms and crickets
Sorry they do not eat ANY vegetables. They are insectivores, meat eaters, so feed them crickets. As treats give them meal worms, wax worms, and/or super worms.
Leopard geckos are strictly "insectivores" relying strictly on insects. Most worms are not to be considered insects, although they are the larva form of one, but most leopards take a great interest in: silk worms, horned worms (tomato worms), super worms, meal worms, and they also really like but also become addicting, butter worms and wax worms. Do not solely rely on the butter and wax worms due to the high amounts of fat. A leopard gecko rely on a moving prey.
geckos mainly eat crickets an locust's and meal worms an wax worms as a treat every week as high in fat.
Meal worms, crickets, grubs
