Komodo Dragons have potential to. i know they have a saliva that contains toxins that can cause i blistering infection that if left untreated can kill u. not to mention these lizards are huge and could (if u tried to fight it) thrash u to bits. LOL also i don't know about the potency of the venom but i know Gila monster contains fangs in the back of it's mouth with the ability to inject venom. hope that helps if not than idk

the most deadliest lizard is the Komodo dragon because it has bacteria in its saliva that can kill you if it bites you unlike the Gila monster which can make you really sick if it bites you not kill you.

A lot of things can kill a lizard. Besides the obvious things like falling off a height or being stepped on by accident, the most common reasons for lizards dying early are the following:

1. Improper temperatures and lights. All lizards need heat to live. Without heat, their bodies eventually shut down and they freeze to death, even though it may seem warm to us. They also require ultraviolet lighting. This helps them digest their food. Without ultraviolet light, they will die over a period of several weeks of "metabolic bone disease".

2. Improper diet. Each species of lizard can eat only specific things. So, for example, some can only eat fruits and veggies, so feeding them anything with animal protein in it (like cat food) will eventually kill them.

3. Calcium deficiency. Like people, lizards need calcium for their bones. If they do not get enough calcium, they bones will soften and become very brittle, and eventually become too brittle to hold up their weight.

4. Being put in a cage with other lizards. Lizards are very competitive for food and territory. They will often fight if they are placed in the same cage, and eventually one will kill the other.
