First, it's hard to assess your own degree of body fat, but if you're convinced that your stomach is sticking out too far, try exercise rather than diet. A well toned, muscled body always looks better than fat or even an ultra slim body. Your abdomen contains quite a bit of organ mass that is being pulled down by gravity. That can cause what looks like a slim person to have a large abdomen. Try crunches to see if you can strengthen those muscles. You'll look a lot better and you'll feel good about yourself. There is no reason to diet if you aren't truly fat, and at 108 lbs, it doesn't seem like you'd have a lot of room there for fat. It is very normal for your stomach to stick out. At 12 you are going through alot of body changes and that is commonly part of puberty. Losing weight will not really help this.
