I have been on Cymbalta (90mg) for a few years and have had severe problems with insomnia. The Ambien that my doctor prescribed me wasn't working, even if I took the highest dosage available. So, she prescribed 25mg Seroquel to help me sleep. It worked, but then I started having what they call Restless Leg Syndrome. I'm not sure if that was caused by the Seroquel alone or the mixture of Cymbalta and Seroquel. Needless to say, I quit taking the Seroquel and my RLS symptoms disappeared. As far as I know, the two can be taken together since my doctor specifically prescribed them both to me.

Yes. My psychiatrist has me on Wellbutrin, Celexa, and Seroquel, all at the same time. The best answer is to consult the doctor, though -- there are certain side effects that may affect certain people more than others.
