I have been on Cymbalta (90mg) for a few years and have had severe problems with insomnia. The Ambien that my doctor prescribed me wasn't working, even if I took the highest dosage available. So, she prescribed 25mg Seroquel to help me sleep. It worked, but then I started having what they call Restless Leg Syndrome. I'm not sure if that was caused by the Seroquel alone or the mixture of Cymbalta and Seroquel. Needless to say, I quit taking the Seroquel and my RLS symptoms disappeared. As far as I know, the two can be taken together since my doctor specifically prescribed them both to me.

∙ 15y agoYes. My psychiatrist has me on Wellbutrin, Celexa, and Seroquel, all at the same time. The best answer is to consult the doctor, though -- there are certain side effects that may affect certain people more than others.
