∙ 14y agoThere have been zero cases of cancer, as of yet, that have been caused by marijuana alone. Cases of throat and lung cancer have arisen from people who have smoke marijuana in addition to cigarettes, but not one single case has come from marijuana alone. In fact, there has been evidence that marijuana may assist in preventing some cancers.
