Semen must not be swallowed as part of worship. That would be shirk; the sin of idolatry or polytheism. i.e. the deification or worship of anyone or anything other than the singular God.
Medically, it takes a lot of precious resources for you body to make semen. You should not waste it, you should consume it (conservation of resources). It is in fact very good for your health. The loss of these ingredients can lead to acne, Diabetes, bone loss, cancer and premature aging.
We are required to allow "no spilled seed." If a man can not stop himself from masturbating and wasting his semen, he should swallow back his issuance so that it does not go "onto the ground."
