Go to your poketech to the marker app that lets u place shapes on a map of sinnoh. you will see a picture of mespirit there. you have to WALK, i repeat WALK, not fly to wherever mespirit might be. it will automatically fly away the first time you catch up to it so you must walk to it twice. it should only take about 20 mins to do it so youll be fine.
