The epoxy will glue the handle back together but to get the strength level you will need requires building up the sides of the handle, usually the spot it breaks in has to small a clearance to allow this additional thickness.

Open your door. Look at the edge of the door. There is a bolt just about even with the handle. Take that out and then remove the inside door panel. There should be a whole at on the inside even with the door handle, take that out and the handle should be lose. You will then have to take apart the clips that work the lock and door latch. Its not simple, but if you are half way mechanically incline you should be able to do it.

Nothing will work. You will have to replace it.
It is not too hard. You will have to remove the door panel, then you will see how the interior handle is riveted to the metal door frame work. You will need to drill these rivets out and install the new handle with either rivets or screws.

Yours probably has the same problem as mine...& that is the door handle has broken off inside. Mine has 2 broken tangs & so it will not work but it works inside.
