Assuming you are referring to the outer door handle, remove the inner door panel and look at the back of the handle. You will see a couple of steel rods attached to the handle, remove these(they just unclip)and move them out of your way. You should be able to see a couple of small nuts holding the handle to the door. Remove these and the handle can be pulled out of the door from the outside.
You will need to remove the door cards, then get to the back of the handle, should be some mounts to remove then you should be set.

1st take the door panal off then drill the 2 rivets out of the handle put your new handle on and put 2 new rivets in it(or you can use 2 nuts and bolts) then put every thing back together
The handle has a small clip at the back of handle just inside the door panal.Push door panal in to acess.Use a small screw driver to pry out clip. The door handle will then come off.
