How to make ice cream from fresh milk?

On sim heat the fresh milk in long bottom vessel preferably copper bottomed, till the costistency increases. When milk turns darker in color, add sugar, cocoa powder, spoonful of conflour. Cool it and add it into the ice cream churner . After gap of 5 hours transfer it into ice cream moulds. Serve when ready.
