∙ 15y agoFreezing mayonaze, hmm weerd but okay, i dont think that it will spoil, you can freeze almost anything, defrosting will be difficult thought and long, stick it in the fridge

YES IT CAN! It lasts for 3-4 months in the freezer. It does not separate after thawing. I find there's no real change after thawing. You need to thaw it out properly. If you didn't thaw it correctly it's ok just put it in a bowl and use a whisk to refluff it and place it back into the jar. Real Mayonnaise products can not be frozen due to having too much oil.
