Assuming that the canned goods wasn't meant to have molds in them, such as is the case with cheeses, some meats, etc, then a properly sealed and vacuum-packed can of store-bought goods will not harbor any harmful bacteria, molds, etc, unless and until the can is opened or otherwise breached.
