I've just checked briefly on a few geneaology sites but can find no definite evidence of Morasch (or Morash) as a Jewish name, despite its similiarity to Morasha which is the name of an area in Jerusalem and an Israeli political party.
However, this does not necessarily mean that you are not Jewish. It seems that the name originates in Germany, where a great number of Jews lived in times past (and indeed still do). There's always the possibility that, at some point, a Jewish woman married one of your non-Jewish ancestors and in doing so lost her Jewish name. However, if there's an unbroken line of matrilineal descent to you - ie; the Jewish woman was your mother's mother's mother etc. - then according to Jewish law (Halakha) you are Jewish, even if she gave up her Jewish faith and nobody in your family since then has even been aware of their Jewish heritage.
Unfortunately, proving whether somebdy is or is not Jewish in these cases can take some serious geneaological research which can go back for several generations.
