If you are going to run the OS X version, forget it. 2GB ram will not be sufficient.
On Windows (Bootcamp) however, it might run, but it'll be slow with asset loading due to your low amount of free RAM available to the system. Alot of swap paging will happen, and this will slow down the game alot.
Your CPU & GPU are good enough, but I recommend you to upgrade your RAM. (4GB is sufficient)
