The quickest way to resolve an inability to delete a file from your hard drive, due to the "access denied, the source file may be in use" error is to first try restarting your computer and attempting to delete it a second time. If that doesn't help, pull up the command prompt by clicking Start, Run and typing cmd then clicking OK. For help using the command prompt, see reference link below.
If it says access is denied that means that access is deined, you can't delete it. I think you are probably trying to make a batch file virus to delete system files and is trying to make the batch file delete everything, but came into the access is deined problem.
It comes up as access denied because you don't have the correct permissions to the System Volume Information directory.

You'll have to take ownership over files and folder you are trying to transfer. I'll post a link with instructions. I had a problem like that. Some files can be protected from being deleted either because they are important system files or belong to a person who protected it, so if you don't own the rights for the file/folder you wish to delete, the batch file will not delete and will just say "Access is Denied".
BAM! Try to access it now.
You need to check security settings for the drive. If your account is not on the list of allowed users, add your account to the list.
You cannot delete a RuneScape file, but if it gets banned, all traces of the account (besides for Customer Service access) is removed.
This has nothing to do with devC++, it has to do with Windows file permissions. You clearly don't have the access level required to delete these files so you'd be best advised to leave them well alone or ask your supervisor to delete them for you.
if any operating system denied the access to any file it means that file is protected by any other person or may be system file which is very necessary for operation. and also a matter can be that , a person locked that file with a computer program and that program will ask a password for opening.
the file that you were deleting might be infected of a virus.
Check source file Attributes: ACL's (access control block), access date, last accessed by, file sizes that appear to be exactly the same, creation date of target file vs access date of source... etc.
