Assuming you are not an amputee, then you need to pull the trigger to relieve the pressure in the unit; then the compression will be released
You can start it by using the pull cord, just be sure the key is in the ON position.
pull the cord
put some gas into it and some oil and pull the cord put some gas into it and some oil and pull the cord
I would start with the pull cord rapped off the recoil pulley, flywheel brake if you have one jambed, oil in cylinder pull spark plug and try to pull over or it could be some thing rapped around the blade. hope this helps
There is a small cord on the mower. DO not put your stylus directly on the loop at the top of the cord. Put your stylus at the tip of the arrow pointing to the cord. You may have to pull several times before getting the lawn mower to start. Hope this helps you.
Turn ignition on pump primer on fuel tank 3 times put choke on pull the pull cord slowly out till you feel the engine go past the compression stroke (this is the tight stage and you will hear a little Puff the let cord go all the way in and pull it hard it will fire up .practice on it once warmed up then you can pull start it cold if needed
take off the part containing the pull start and retie on another string fed throu the hole and tie on the handle.
it depends on what it is on.

Many ATVs have two ways to start the motor. The easiest, most convenient method of starting is electric start. To do this, turn the key on, push the on/off button to the run position and finally push the start button. If the motor is cold, then the choke may need to be opened. The other way to start an ATV is with a pull cord with which most quads are equipped. The procedure begins exactly the same as with electric start, turn on the key and push on/off switch to the run position. The difference here is instead of pushing the start button, pull the starting cord. My experience is that it is a little harder to start with the cord, but it works in a pinch.
No the pull chord will not cause the pull cord to be tight. The coil on the lawn mower will cause the compression to be tight.
first u need to remove the screws holdiny the pull cord housing then u remove it and pull the old cord out and hold it then remove the end of cord that has the knot to keep it in place wen u install new one do reverse but dont let the cord wheel go back
