You most certainly can because Penicillin is an antibiotic and Nurofen is ibuprofen, an anti-inflammatory. They will not interfere with each other.

Precautions with these medications are many though, few of which are listed below.

To use these you must meet the following, whilst also consulting your health care provider or pharmacist.

A) Do not have an allergy to penicillin

B) Do not have any stomach conditions, eg: Stomach Ulcers

C) Are not already taking some sort of anti-inflammatory

Unless you are allergic to nurofen or aspirin or suffer from Asthma, there is no reason why you can't take nurofen with antibiotics

Yeah should be fine, I was prescribed Amoxicillen and Metranizadole together and the dentist said that taking Nurofen would help with pain relief so I'm guessing it should be okay :)
