Some of the features of Windows Photo Viewer are that it will display your pictures in a slide show. You can also print pictures yourself or send to online print service. You can send the pictures by email or burn them to a disc.
A computer tech store should be able to help load the pictures off of a floppy disc. After the pictures have been uploaded to the computer and reloaded on a CD the pictures can be print anywhere that prints pictures.
Office Depot, Office Max, and Best Buy all sell new hard disc drives. Most computer stores do, also. Online, there are numerous retailers selling them.

You have to have a disc burning program on your computer. Each program is different though. For me, you drag the picture file to the list of pictures you want to put on the disc. Then you place the blank disc into the computer and burn it. Your Welcome!!!

A Memorex CD-R disc can be used to download pictures from a computer using a compatible CD burner. This information is burned into the surface of the disc for later viewing.
You probably have a scratch on the disc or a finger print.
place the disc in the laptop and open up the file from there you can move the pictures to were ever u want on ur computer
