Please re-write this so it makes some sense
Assuming you mean "valve cover gasket", the gasket seals the valve cover to the head so as not to leak oil.
Dear Honda owner, Valve cover leak? I assume you are refering to an external oil leak from the valve cover, replace the gasket, be sure the new gasket set comes with spark plug seals.
Spark plugs do not leak oil. What you have is a valve cover gasket leak. This allows oil to run down on the plugs. Try slightly tightening the valve cover bolts. It that does no help, replace the gasket.Spark plugs do not leak oil. What you have is a valve cover gasket leak. This allows oil to run down on the plugs. I have a 2007 ford escape, replaced a valve cover gasket in August 2012, noticed that i have a small oil leak around the gasket.
This sounds like an oil leak. More specifically, oil leaking from the valve cover gasket and then dripping on your exhaust somewhere. Replace the valve cover gasket and see if that solves the problem. If it doesn't, search for the leak source and repair it accordingly.
either tighten the valve cover bolts, or replace the gaskets.
If the leak is bad enough i believe it can but i would check your valve cover gasket first.
An oil leak there is probably a valve cover gasket leaking. it would not require head gasket replacment. Try tightning the bolts on the valve cover. If that does not work then replace the valve cover gasket. Yes it could be the head gasket as there are oil passages in the head and i have heard that head gasket on saturns are prone to failure, look around the valve cover for sings of a leak hopfully that's all it is because replacing the head gasket is costly on th 1.9 sohc
Yes
Replace The Timing Cover Gasket
With a new valve gasket
Check to see it the valve cover bolts are torqued to specs. If this does not stop the leak, the gasket needs replacing.
