Well, it depends on your definition of loose. If you are with small guys you may always feel loose. Maybe you haven't been with a man with a larger penis. There ARE exercises you can do to tighten your vagina as well.
Loose is a relative term, as is big for a penis. You can do Keegles, which strengthen the cervix and vagina. Am OBY GYN can do surgery that tightens it as much as you want.
