One should never inject methadone pills because it is not meant to have a quick rush. It is supposed to take effect slowly over 48 hours.
It is also not meant to have a quick rush like Heroin or IV morphine. also..........It could cause you to suddenly stop breathing..

No. Snorting an opiate usually makes it kick in stronger and quicker. Methadone is meant to be taken orally and to slowly being to work so it does what it was created for. I would NOT suggest insufflate, smoking or injecting it. Very dangerous.

Yes, it is possible to make Methadone tablets liquid for injection. If you normally use 200mg good quality street-Heroin, it is enough with 20mg Methadone to prevent withdrawal symptoms. Methadone tablets usually have a lactose-monohydrocloride additive. If you try to warm (cook) this with water it will become a gelantine substans unusable for injecting. The trick is to use cooled equipment as well as cooled water (please for your own health use 9mg natriumcloride, sterile water that mimic the body's own water/salt mixture). DO NOT USE TAP WATER!!! As cooler as better (above freezing point) to prevent binding to gelatin. Mix it well, and you will get a lot of residue, but this is only "fill stuff" in tablets. (20 to 30 % of the Methadone will be left in the residue so eat this to get it all). Use a quite large peace of cotton to filter when you fill the syringe. Be honest to yourself regarding the amount you use a day because Methadone is much more potent than street-Heroin. If you try to use the same amount in milligrams you are likely to overdose. You will NOT get a similar kick from Methadone as Heroin. Ever! It is definitely better to take Methadone orally to save your internal body from damages caused by this type of injection's. Methadone (and Subutex) are the best way to get your opiate addiction under control. Miracles will happened if you are patient and use several month's to reduce doses. Depending of how long you have been addicted it can take up to a year (slowly and painless) stepping down to get totally clean. This should be done in cooperation with a qualified physician if you can find one to trust. It is also possible to do this on your own, but not recomended because opiate addiction is exstreamly difficult to control by yourself. It demands an enormous portion of self-disiplin, but if you make it. You are definetly strong enough mentally to achieve anything in life. Just get clean first! Good luck!

Absolutely do not inject M523! This is a terrible idea. I have seen several patients with very nasty, painful, difficult to heal injection sites. M523 contains Tylenol, a drug certainly not meant to be injected.

Ways to take methadone?
Methadone comes in liquid (usually reddish or clear), pills, white wafers which come in 40 mgs and can be broken down into 4 10 mg parts (just like a large white pill), and also in orangish wafers that are like the white ones except they disolve very quickly in water to "enter the system" faster. The liquid is usually concentrated and when dispensed is mixed with water before given to the patient . Although you would get more out of injecting the concentrated methadone and almost nothing out of the mixed most people in my experience dont inject it (usually if they are going to inject something its going to be heroin over methadone) because of the way methadone is given, meaning that usually the liquid is only given to addicts/former addicts for opioid management and the pills to pain patients, the liquid is always mixed with water before its given out and if somone does have the concentrated stuff it was either stolen or bought on the "street"
