To my knowledge, a packing slip is put into a delivered packaged ,even
if it contains your name in the "from" area of the return label, the sender does
not keep record of it. This is unfortunate because those labels reveal the tracking numbers that are scan by the postal service after you affix it to the returned packaged.With out a receipt from the postal service after the packaged is scanned you have no physical proof the packaged was return .
GOOD LUCK proving you return the packaged, it their word against yours.
Your only chance is to go to the postal services with the exact day and time and they might be able to help
