It depends on your parents. The desire to wear clothes of the opposite sex is called "transvestism." It's a harmless fetish, and it doesn't necessarily mean you're gay. At this point in your life, though, your parents pretty much run things, and you will have to pick your battles.
You may be able to convince them to let you wear girl clothes around the house if you agree to wear "boy clothes" in public.
Your parents probably "want what's best" for you, but they may not understand how you feel -- or how to deal with it all. Mental health professionals can be helpful here. It's important for all of you to understand what this is about, and that there's nothing wrong with it.
Above all, remember this: we all go through this sort of stuff, and we get through it -- it will get better!
