To date yes, but for sex the minor must have reached age of consent.
If you are an adult, you should be able to move to Texas. If you are not an adult left, your parents will have to give you permission.
Anyone can date anyone else at any age, as long as their parents give their permission.
Can they date? Yes, as long as the minor's parents give permission for it, because the parents of a minor have the right to determine who their child is and is not allowed to spend time with. Personally, I don't know any parents who would give permission for their 15-year-old child to date an adult, but maybe these parents would. Can they have sexual contact (which is not limited merely intercourse, by the way)? Absolutely not.
The minors parents can give them permission to date. They cannot give them permission to have sexual contact (which is not limited merely to intercourse).
If your parents give you permission, you can move out at any time. Giving that permission does not releave them of their responsibilities for you.
Have any of you young men ever heard of parents and manners? If you were smart, you'd go to her parents and tell them you care about their daughter and would like them to give you permission to date her. That's a bonus for you and parent's like straight shooters. I suggest you do that! Good luck Marcy
Parents can give permission to their children to live anywhere it is safe.
There is no problem with your boyfriend dating at all, but you are 15 and unless your parents give you permission to date then you are out of luck. Marcy
Yes, that's fine, as long as your parents know about it, and if they give you permission of coure! from Pretty-Zebra
If your question is: can an adult have sex with a minor when there are laws against it, then the answer is no, even if the minor's parents give 'permission' for it. No one has the right to give another person--including their own child--permission to break a law.
If the 17 year olds parents give permission. Not something I'd give my daughters permission to do.
Not likely. Parents and guardians can give permission to their children/wards to live any place that is safe.
