Drain the radiator, remove the hose, and remove the two bolts holding the gooseneck to the head. Inside the gooseneck is where the thermostat goes. Use a new gasket and be VERY careful to put the new thermostat in position correctly and to bolt the gooseneck back to the head......incorrectly done the gooseneck can break! I've done it and another one is very hard to come by. Once the gooseneck is in place, reconnect the hose and fill the radiator. That's it, but again, be VERY careful. Vaya con Dios, Chuck, CABGx3
