When Instagram launched within 24 hours it actually topped the app store and no time at all it became the App of the week for iphone, In less than 3 months instagram had more than 1 million downloads. By March of 2012 Instagram caught attention of more than 25 million people, and by 2014 it had 200 million downloads. There are so many other ways to express yourself on instagram for example you one can comment on a photo or even like the photo. When people post something on instagram other people usually see the photo. After a month or so of using Instagram you will have expressed your story in a way that would have been difficult to express with word. Instagram may help you feel better but you also have to control your limit because too much social media and you might not see what's really out in the world

If your Instagram posts are set to “public,” you will be able to see who looks at each post. This can be seen in the “Views” section, located directly below your post’s caption. Instagram allows you to see the viewers of your photos, which you can do by clicking on the three dots next to the number of views. Click on “Viewers”, and you can see the full list of people who’ve looked at your post.
