I can't eat it .. I'm debating on taking a chance of the Swanson msg free chicken broth because it says yeast extracts naturally produce glutamate .. I'm scared to be sick and that word just means pain ... I'd like some knowledge on glutamate but the internet had so many conflicting ideas
