No, because minecraft is not a Steam game, so it is not using VAC.
This game was developed by Markus Persson (Notch) and now is owned by Jeb.
Steam has no right to give you vac ban, nor impersonate as the owner of Minecraft.
You are free to go :)

I have played Minecraft on Steam before.
Global ban on Minecraft is when you get banned from Minecraft Multiplayer.
There is no way to get unbanned from a Steam ban. This ban is known as a "Vac Ban" and stays on that account.
You can't... you have to de-op him before you ban him.
On a server do /ban [Player name here]
Usually, the ban is permanent until someone unbans you.
It depends on what server you're playing on and how long they choose to ban their members for advertising a server. Each Minecraft server bans differently, because one server might ban a member who advertised for a week, and another might ban them for two weeks. Check the forum or website of the server you go on and look for their banning lengths, or ask on the server's forum.
You simply create a new account
try /pardon Greedy_Greifer
Server operators can use the following command, /ban <PlayerName> [Ban Reason] The ban reason is optional. So to ban a player called Hacka, you would use either, /ban Hacka, or, /ban Hacka Hacking
Tell them that you'll ban them if they continue.
If you are on a server, and want to ban someone you do /ban <player name> If you want to ban them, and anyone else that logs in from that location then you do /banip <playername> The commands may be different on some servers, and you have to have either admin or operator access to the server to do those commands. Hope this helped!
I suggest you don't hack on CSS. VAC security will ban your Steam account if you are caught hacking.
