your definitions of 'complex' seems pretty broad. if the police see a suspect go into a neighborhood (different buildings) then any search of any apartment therein would have to have a search warrent when entering private homes.
now if the police saw, or think they saw (and this is where the law is real vauge) someone go into a specific apartment that would give them probable cause enough to conduct a search of the apartments seen with the suspect goin into.
none of these rules apply to bounty hunters, who act on their own individualized code of ethics as far as entering private residences.
Yes, there is a reason for them to be there. It is called reasonable doubt.
Not code officers but that may depend on the municipality. However if someone calls the police or the code officer suspects criminal activity and calls the police, than the police may have probable cause to enter.
No he is not allowed to enter your home without your permission (given that you are paying rent and have a contract). Unless he suspects something to be wrong. Like a fire, water leak and stuff of that nature (that can damage the property). Even if the landlord is entering to fix something that you have reported to be broken he has to set a date with you or give you notice for the day of the repair.
If the Police have a warrant to search your property, they have the right to forcibly enter your house if admittance is not granted. The same goes if they have an arrest warrant for you and you refuse to come out. They may also have that right if there is a crime in progress. If there is a high speed chase after subjects who the police witnessed committing crimes and the suspects enter someone's house, the police have the right to enter. Or if someone is holding you hostage in your home, the police can forcibly enter. They may also have that right if they have probable cause to believe you are in immediate danger or deceased.
Generally, anyone under the age of 18 cannot enter a legal binding contract. A lease is such a contract. So no apartment complex would ever lease to a 17-year-old.
Niko can enter Dwayne's apartment during cut scenes and a mission to kill Dwayne, but in ordinary gameplay he can only enter the actual apartment building, not the apartment itself.
No. If his name is on the lease, he is permitted to come and go as he pleases. The only exception would be a restraining order which would prevent him from entering the apartment even if he lives there. The problem with that is that you would not be able to enter the apartment if he was already there too.
I think it's because when the police tried to enter his apartment it was boogied trap with explosives... Sounds like something the joker would do eh??
