Yes, Just call your insurance company and ask them for a new copy of your policy. They send you one every year at renewal time but if you've lost it just call and ask for another copy.

Not a clear question. Contact your agent and ask him for a binder. You will need the bank "verbage" to give him. ie: Bank of America, ISAOA/ATIMA, PO Box 0000. Anywhere, MA etc etc.
