Yes just don't make it learn ancientpower lvl it up to the lvl u want go to pastoria city go to the heart scale guy make it learn ancientpower then lvl it up again and WALA u have a mamoswine at a higher lvl
note: this works with any Pokemon tht evolves because of a certain move i did this with my lickylicki
2nd note: u might hav to press b when it evolves amd then teach it another move using a TM.
3rd note: Lickitung evolves knowing Rollout.
