It depends on what kind of powder. If talcum powder is used, then it is hazardous as talcum powder can cause ovarian and lung cancer. This is actually a possible science project for me so i have researched this.
Its best to use TENA products for incontinence protection. They are designed to neutralize the bacteria and ammonia that cause unwanted smells.
Bacteria come in many shapes and sizes, and they can cause a lot of many diseases and colds. It depends in the severity of the bacteria, how many bacteria there are, and what kind of bacteria they are. Bacteria can cause from salmonella to the simple cold. Ecoli, a type of bacteria found in untreated water, can cause you to be throwing up for months at a time.
Infants have no concept of the toilet whatsoever nor any concept or control over their need to go toilet. Because of this they use diapers instead of the potty or toilet. This is for the sake of their own hygiene and health since infants get sick way more easily than everyone else and for the sake of the hygiene and health of everyone else around them so other people don't get sick either. Diapers are literally the infants toilet until their old enough to learn to manage their toiletry needs and use a potty or actual toilet and diapers will trap and contain the nastiness. Secondly, infants also use diapers because baby powder exists and an infants diaper use justifies and reinforces its existence as baby powder is designed to be put in the infants diaper where it will be trapped and prevent irritation and rashes. Lastly, infants also use diapers because prank itching powder exists and an infants diaper use justifies and reinforces its existence as itching powder is best used in an infants diaper where it will be trapped and cause the infant to fuss and be in constant discomfort from the itching.
Nothing causes urinary tract infection except bacteria (or possibly some viruses) that over-grow in the tissue of the tract. It is possible that the byproducts of cinnamon powder that pass out in the urine may cause irritation to infected tissue, but that is not the same as causing the problem.
Infants have no concept of the toilet nor any concept of or control over their need to go toilet and toddlers little to no concept or control over their toiletry needs. Because of this they need to literally wear their toilet which is what diapers are. This is not only for the sake of their own hygiene and health since infants and toddlers get sick much more easily than everyone else but for the sake of the hygiene and health of everyone around them as well so nobody else gets sick either. They go toilet in their diapers all the time and their diapers will trap and contain all the nastiness. They do this instead of using a potty or toilet until they can learn to manage their toileting needs and learn to use a potty or actual toilet. Second, due to their cushy design, infants and toddlers also need diapers because they give them some protection from injury. If a toddler falls from a swing for example right onto their bottom, they won't get as hurt as an older toilet trained child because their diapers absorb some of the impact. Third, infants and toddlers need diapers because baby powder exists and infants and toddlers need for diapers justifies and reinforces its existence as baby powder is designed to be put in infants and toddlers diapers where it will be trapped to prevent irritation and rashes. Finally, infants and toddlers need diapers because prank itching powder exists and infants and toddlers need for diapers justifies and reinforces its existence as itching powder is best used being put in infants and toddlers diapers where it will be trapped and cause infants and toddlers constant itching and discomfort until their next diaper change.
Bacilli bacteria can cause a variety of illnesses in humans, including food poisoning, tetanus, tuberculosis, and anthrax. The specific illness caused by bacilli bacteria depends on the species of bacteria and the route of transmission.
Bacteria such as Gonococcus can cause Arthritis.
The cause for bacterial growth depends on what the bacteria is growing upon. Usually the case may be having something stored at higher temperature when it should not be, or leaving food out that needed to be stored in a cooler. Bacteria live off dead and decomposing material, this is how they live and reproduce.

I would let the child wear diapers a often as he or she likes cause they aren't hurting anything and if they like it let them.
