Well, most anything can be done if you spend enough time and money.
There's a lot happening in that system. I doubt that the job would be an easy one.
Power needs to be routed to the doors. Switches need to be installed, or door interior panels from a car with power locks need to be fitted to your car. One can only imagine what the rest of the electronics inside the door must look like. Hell, it might be easiest to just find doors from a junked Sunfire which had power locks and mount them on your car. Then it's just a matter of running power to them, and painting if necessary.
You have to ask yourself if this job is really worth it on a a 13 year old car. My '96 does have power locks, but if it didn't, I wouldn't even mess with trying to install them. I'd just be sure that the good old key locks were well lubed and working well.

Have you checked the power steering pressure line?
Horse power is a rating on the motor, it has nothing to do with the transmission.
I am trying to change the belt on a 2.2 L, 96 Pontiac Sunfire. There is no adjustment on the alt. or power steering that I can see and I cant see how the tensioners work. Anyone have any ideas.
