There may be some Presbyterian churches somewhere that forbid women wearing pants in worship. Otherwise, the culture of a particular congregation (rural/urban, formal/informal, older/younger) is probably a more significant factor as to whether women do or don't wear pants in worship.
There are many Presbyterian denominations, each with slightly different theological views and cultures, so it's impossible to give a direct answer. You can always call the church secretary for advice.
The Apostolic church does not believe in women wearing pants. The Pentecostal denomination believes that women should wear modest apparel that does not pertain unto a man. (see Deuteronomy 22:5) Pentecostal Churches do this in obedience to the Bible. This has not changed in the New Testament. The women wear Long skirt or dresses and long sleeve blouse or jacket.
Yes. Both men and women who are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) can and do wear shorts. The Church's standards of modesty suggest that shorts and skirts should reach to the top of the knee, no higher.
No, definitely not. Female members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" church) are not required to wear skirts and dresses - most Mormon women wear pants for their regular activities, except in some countries where dresses for women are the norm. (Many nations in Africa frown on women in pants)Within Mormon culture, skirts and dresses are considered the most appropriate attire for worship services and other church meetings as a sign of respect, but those in pants will not be turned away. The only Mormon women who are required to wear pants are female missionaries, who adhere to a strict dress code. Female missionaries, or "sisters" must wear skirts when preaching or proselytizing, except in certain areas where mosquito-borne illnesses make pants a safer choice. Sisters may wear pants when exercising or performing community service. In short, Mormon women usually only wear skirts or dresses to church or when preaching as missionaries. Your average Mormon woman (including me!) is wearing pants right now.Click to see photos for examples of what Mormon women would wear:Mormon Sister Missionaries in Pants (2016)Mormon Sister Missionaries in Belgium(2013)Sister Missionaries guidelines for pants(exercise and service)Typical Mormon women dressed for church(2015)Mormon woman leaving church in pants(2012)Mormon Women in PeruTypical Mormon women in California (2012)Typical Mormon women in Atlanta, Georgia(2010)Mormon women dressed for church in Utah(2015)

Yes, women can wear pants. There are no restrictions on who can wear pants based on gender. Women have been wearing pants for centuries and it is considered a common and acceptable form of clothing worldwide.
No. Many conservative Adventists believe it is the right and proper thing to do for women to wear only skirts, however, it is not a requirement in the church. I would suspect that probably 95% of women in the SDA church wear pants either regularly or on occasion.
