Yes, they can. I am 18 and on probation and my PO said that if I fail another drug test she would send me to juvi. If you're on juvi probation and go to jail, you will more than likely go to juvi.
You'll still be arrested when they find you because you broke your probation before you were 18. Period.
There would probably still be a warrant for your arrest on the violation of probation.
In Michigan, a 17-year-old on probation would need approval from their probation officer and legal guardian to move out. It's essential to follow the guidelines set by the court regarding living arrangements while on probation to avoid any legal consequences. It's recommended to consult with a legal professional for specific advice in this situation.
Turn 18
well, i dont know if this is correct, but one of my guy friends is in juivie becasue of probation
Nothing. The probation continues until it is over or a violation occurs.
You can only be forced to live with your parents after you turn 18 (even if on probation) if the judge stated it as a requirement in your sentencing or your probation officer (if you have one) won't allow you to change your residence. Good luck!
It could be considered unlawful confinement if someone is locked in their own home against their will, regardless of their age. The legality would depend on the circumstances and local laws, but in general, individuals have the right to freely move in and out of their own residence. It would be advisable to seek help from authorities or support services if this situation occurs.
You were found GUILTY and sentenced to a probation in lieu of going to jail. Probation IS a sentence. It makes no difference when the probation period WOULD have ended - you only served 2 months of an 18 month sentence before you skipped. You still have 16 months of your sentence left to finish! Whether you know it or not you are probably wanted on a warrant. My advice would be to contact the authorities ASAP, because, sooner or later, it's going to catch up with you, and just like "Murphy's Law," probably when you least suspect it and at the worst possible time.
Arrest, trial, incarceration, probation, fine.
What is meant by "clean?" Probation(in lieu of jail) IS the sentence for whatever offense you committed. Your criminal record will always show it as a conviction. Simply by completing a term of probation your record is not "cleared" or made "clean."
Even though spices are outlawed in some states and the carriers prohibited from selling them, you are still allowed to purchase them if you are 18 or older (Depending on your state). In my opinion, I think you will only be tested for spice if and only if your parole/probation officer knows you have or do smoke spice. It is Not on a 5-panel or whatever-panel that I know of.
