What is meant by "clean?" Probation(in lieu of jail) IS the sentence for whatever offense you committed. Your criminal record will always show it as a conviction. Simply by completing a term of probation your record is not "cleared" or made "clean."
The only way is to obtain the application requirements or to apply yourself. However if you have any felony offenses on your record you might as well not waste your time.
2 years probation mean you will have to report to a probation officer weekly for 2 months and if you get clean urines for 2 months you go 2 times a moth and if no problem's occur then you only have to once a month but it you violate probation you will have a warrant issued for your rearrest and when you got to court they will most likely offer you 50% of your suspended sentence and some more probation. the time you receive you will only have to do 50% of so out of 2 years you will only have 6 months after you complete you will be released on ts and placed under paroleuntil your sentence is finished or another six months
6-8 months for someone with a clean record. <<<this is just if you 18 and older
You can apply for a pardon, and clear it off your record. Usually there is no problem with getting a misdemeanour pardon, as long as you have a clean record since then.
With a clean record, six or so months, maybe. With a bad record? Six months to five years. You're probably looking upside of a year.
Depends on the hiring Company and the nature of the Misdemeanor. If you contact the local court where the Misdemeanor was judged, you can get an expungement easily. Expungement is the erasure of the record after a period of time where no new and similar crimes have been committed. It is well worth the paper work (lots of it)to achieve a clean record. Back to the main question. As long as the Misdemeanor was not of a violent nature (domestic dispute does not count at the Misdemeanor level)or one of theft or the like, you should have no trouble getting hired. Most employers are not interested in Misdemeanor convictions of any type they only look at the Felonies. Y-THINK-Y
No
Tell him that if he stays clean and gets off of probation you will buy him something special. Or that if he is caught smoking weed while on orobation he will go to jail for at least 6 months.
once you have completed probation and this case is closed, the court allows You to petition the court to have minor offenses removed from your record. Not saying you will be successful, but it is possible, depending on the circumstances of your case.
It was clean. It is't now
This ALL depends on what state you live in, and what crime you committed. In most states, you must have a clean record to possess a firearm with no felonies, so if it is a misdemeanor, it takes the time they tell you to have it expunged from your record. If it is a felony, you can NEVER own a gun legally.
Depending on the conditions of your probation, it could be as grave as revocation of probation....safest to stay clean and free
