Sure if your calipers aren't open enough and your brakes stick
These lights are probably all related. When there is a problem in the ABS system, this will disable the TRACTION system, which will inturn illumiinate the Service Vehicle Soon light. A common cause for this is there is a problem in the ABS. A faulty wheel speed senor or the harness to the sensor may be faulty. When the ABS computer (EBCM) sees a problem in the ABS, it can cause all these lights to come on. A scan of the ABS computer would be the first thing needed. Then, diagnosis of the system / circuit that is at fault would be needed. Tech JK -----------------------------------------------

The ABS light blinks is to tell you that the ABS sensor is not funtionned well (or not function any more). Have to change that sensor (somewhere around the rear wheels, depending on type of vehicle) because it may cause aruptly stop on the way.

The ABS light is on because there is a problem with the ABS. As long as the ABS light remains on the ABS will not function if needed.
Something has failed in the ABS system and the ABS is not working. As long as there is an ABS problem the vehicle could lock up the brakes and slide in an emergency.
