Why do prokaryotic chromosomes not have telomeres?

because it has its own modification and restriction system which prevents its own DNA from degradation as telomeres are mainly responsible to protect the DNA from exonuclease activity of DNase.

Kingdoms of prokaryotes?

The taxonomy of Prokaryotes is terrible. They were formerly in the Monera kingdom, but that is now obsolete(after the three-domain system was established in 1991), and they are in the Prokaryote kingdoms- kingdoms because they fall under both the Archae and Bacteria domains. But yeah- Prokaryotes have their own Kingdom.

Do animals have flagella?

there are no animal cells that have a flagella, as animal cells, for the most part are stationary. Some move with aid by blood, etc. Only prokaryotes (Bacteria) have flagella, and only certain ones. I hope this clarifies the situation for you.

Why is protein synthesis different in prokaryotes and eukaryotes?

In prokaryotes, DNA is stored in the cytoplasm. also prokaryotes have no nucleus In prokaryotes, transcription and translation happen at the same time.
